- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Is great but he has gotten so busy he sends you to a nurse practitioner .That's not why I choose his practice. Also phones are understaffed. put on hold forever. Not a good business practice like most doctors offices. Not good at customer service. Somehow they think they are above it. Like making people wait forever .
